I was VERY surprised as to how small the ballast was. It's tiny. I had a slight problem getting the second bulb to turn on (it would turn on for a second then go off), but I think it was a matter of the bulb holder not being seated all the way or something because the entire kit works great now. I heard that ballasts are sometimes noisy...these however, are dead silent. Not to mention if anything goes wrong I have a 2yr warranty. That's a definite plus. Great seller to deal with. Did what he said he would in terms of when he'd ship, etc. Definitely buy from him folks.
