WARNING:
Every jurisdiction has its own rules and regulations governing the use of automotive lighting. HID lighting systems that are supplied with the vehicles from the factory are DOT approved.
No HID conversion kit available from any source is DOT approved if installed outside of the factory. Moreover, in the U.S, this is not street legal for use on public roads. As a result, we officially endorse the kit for exhibition and off-road use and will only sell the kit to be used for these purposes. We are not responsible for buyers who violate the terms of sale while in which they will assume all responsibilities for any unauthorized or unintended use other than exhibition or off-road use.
Purchase of HID Kits Warehouse products assumes that the customer understands and agrees that the customer:
- will use HID components only on the suggested applications as stated, provided that it is legal to do so
- realizes that HID components may not be legal for use on public roads / highways
- will check with governing agency for specific information before purchasing
- is aware of the legality and liability issues associated with the purchase/use of HID components
- is liable for any injuries or accidents suffered by the user or any other party associated with the use of HID components
- is liable for any potential penalty as a result of using HID components
All HID kit is intended for Off Road, and show purpose ONLY. It is NOT legal to use on street, and highway. Please check with your local law enforcement before using it on the road.
LIMITED LIFETIME WARRANTY
LIMITED WARRANTY AND RETURN PRIVILEGE:
All goods are warranted to be free from defects in workmanship for a period of 2 years from the date of original purchase. In addition, HID Kits Warehouse warrants that all metal components (body assembly and mounting hardware) are free from defects in workmanship for as long as the BUYER owns them.
The regular warranty is in full effect EXCEPT for the following provisions when purchased individually:
1. Lamp – 1 year from date of purchase. Warranty covers failure only; color temperature, spots, flickering and wire damage are not covered.
2. Ballast - 1 year from date of purchase. Warranty covers failure only; wire damage, over volt damage, and damage from crossed polarity are not covered.
3. If the light fails within the time frame of the warranty it MUST be serviced by HID Kits Warehouse. Removal of the light and sending it in for service is REQUIRED, NO EXCEPTIONS. Email us at sales@hidkitswarehouse.com to obtain a return number for inspection. As stated above the light is not serviceable by the customer and any damage or evidence of disassembly by the customer voids all warranties.
THIS WARRANTY IS VOID IF THE GOODS ARE DAMAGED AS A RESULT OF DISASSEMBLY BY THE CUSTOMER (BUYER).
HID Kits Warehouse will not be responsible for damage or failure of any component due to misuse, abuse, acts of nature, accidents, collisions, collision with flying debris, incorrect installation, alteration or modification of any type. We will also not be responsible for any damage to the light, cover or vehicle, incurred while negligently operating the lights with the covers affixed. This warranty does not cover any possible bodily injury and/or property damage incurred during installation or use of HID Kits Warehouse HID Kits. Nor does it cover any labor costs of any type.
